Southern Entertainment Television Secures Second Round Of Financing
New capital will boost business strategy focused on more live productions, new markets, and affiliate relations.

Venice, FL (PRWeb) February 16, 2007 -- Southern Entertainment Television (TheSET™) announced today that it secured its second round of financing from SunTrust Bank Sports and Entertainment Banking Division in Atlanta, GA.

The funds will fuel TheSET's growth in major markets around USA. Harold Brown, President of TheSET™, states: "Southern Entertainment Television has been creating and amassing content until we felt confident the content was adequate to avoid the so-called eight-hour and four-hour wheels. The company is thrilled that SunTrust recognized our value. More importantly, SunTrust has always shown a willingness to support and work with small independent entrepreneurs. The funds from this second round of financing will enable us to promote TheSET™ to the end user in areas such as Atlanta, Dallas, Washington, the Carolinas, and other areas which we have identified in our market research over the past ten years."

Not only will the funds enable domestic marketing, they will also enable TheSET™ to better serve European and Asian markets that the company started developing in 2005.

Over the past 12 months, Southern Entertainment Television solidified its position as a leading music network in the US. Recently the company announced a series of live events that will be produced in 2007. In addition to creating new content this year, the company launched a new image and web site this past January.

TheSET™ produces, develops, markets, and supports music intensive video programming services since 1997 by delivering four programming channels with niche focuses in Southern Gospel, Bluegrass, Classic Country Music and Classic Black Gospel.
