The three-day event, themed "Rocketing to New Heights," offered a stellar line-up of presentations from renowned industry speakers. Peggy Morrow, certified speaking professional and author and owner of her own training and development company, presented "The How Behind Wow!" In her presentation, Morrow discussed the five things all customers want and ways to implement those points in business to make it flourish. Another popular session of the meeting featured Kate Solisti, internationally known animal communicator, author and teacher. A recognized expert in dog and cat nutrition, Solisti enlightened attendees as to how dogs and cats are built to eat.
