For the past 20 years, Carol has held executive level positions with Wyndham Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and independent hotel management groups, overseeing properties from 4-star luxury resorts to city based corporate hotels. Concurrently, Carol spent years teaching hotel management classes at various colleges and conducted training seminars throughout her career.
