You can’t have an effective employment brand without understanding a company’s current culture
Huntington Beach, CA (PRWeb) February 14, 2007 -- EMERGE International, organizational culture experts, announced today it has partnered with Rada Advertising, Inc., a full-service recruitment communications agency, to launch the Brand Enhancer, an online employment brand and cultural assessment tool to clients nationwide.

EMERGE International is a consultancy specializing in organizational cultural assessments and transformation using validated assessment tools. Rada Advertising’s professionals are Employment Branding experts. "You can’t have an effective employment brand without understanding a company’s current culture," says Chloé Rada, Director of Strategic Marketing and Product Development at Rada Advertising. Together, Rada and EMERGE developed Brand Enhancer to help companies assess their current culture and employment brand in order to re-align and re-focus employment branding efforts. "By deploying the Brand Enhancer, companies understand who they are and who they are not so they can attract and retain the right employees and repel the ones who just won’t fit. This is critical when measuring the ROI of recruitment and retention programs," said Lizz Pellet, CEO of EMERGE International.

In November 2006, Rada and EMERGE first partnered to conduct an Employment Branding study. The study gathered information from close to 100 employers about their impressions of employment branding, its importance at their company, efforts executed, dollars allocated for branding and metrics used to track success. "We found that 81% of the companies agreed that culture assessment would allow them to understand gaps that that may exist between what they are and what they desire to be as it relates to retention and recruitment," said Lizz Pellet, CEO of EMERGE International. "The results of the study proved what we believed – understanding your company’s culture is a key step in the employment branding process."

Brand Enhancer uses EMERGE International’s proven cultural assessment methodology, measures seven dimensions of organization culture and employment branding. The Brand Enhancer collects both quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative results of Brand Enhancer are immediately available in a comprehensive report that is both descriptive and prescriptive. The final report also provides implications to your business and recommendations for "raising the bar". Lizz Pellet explains, "We are taking this to market with a 'survey twice for one low price' approach. This will be a significant added value to the client. The first assessment determines the current culture and identity and the second assessment a year later tracks progress and/or improvement.
