The task is carried out by the mentors who are Dual Global Citizens (DGC): Sharing with others that the world can, indeed, be a better place for all now and into the future. Alarming and frightening global trends can and will be arrested, while peace and productivity will prevail. A "Global Outreach! (GO!)" program provides opportunity where none has existed before, to offer equal opportunity for all and to reduce the various divides -- educational, social and digital.

During an historic meeting among ABC4All, The Giving Card and Global Loyalty on 12/29/06, the parties ratified their intention to create a Humanitarian Give-Back Rewards Program based on existing technologies that provide coverage for 98 percent of the world.
