The study helps retailers learn about how to maximize return on eCommerce investment, and improve comparable year over year sales, customer conversion rates and average order value. Use of web analytics and personalization of web sites surfaced as top initiatives in the report for online merchants. More than 44% of firms use web analytics to evaluate customer behavior.
